Most emergency callouts are sorted within 2–3 hours. We carry a full set of common parts so we're not making two trips to the merchant. Once we've assessed the situation, we'll tell you exactly what needs doing and give you the price before any work starts.

Emergency rates apply outside normal hours but we don't inflate them. You'll always know what you're paying for.

Boiler Repairs & Installations

As a Registered Gas Installer (RGI), we're qualified to work on gas boilers and heating systems safely and legally. We service all major brands and can supply and fit replacements at trade price.

Most boiler repairs can be diagnosed and completed in a single visit. If your boiler is beyond economic repair, we'll let you know straight — no upselling a replacement when it doesn't need one.

New boiler installations come with a full commissioning certificate. Boiler servicing is typically under an hour and includes a carbon monoxide safety check.

Leak Detection & Repair

Hidden leaks cost more the longer they're left — in damage, in water bills, and in the hassle of sorting the aftermath. We use acoustic and thermal detection equipment to find the source without unnecessary damage to your home.

Once we've found the leak, we'll give you a clear report of what's happening and present the repair options. In most cases we can fix it the same day.

We work with your home insurer if a leak detection report is needed for a claim.

Bathroom Plumbing

Whether you're refitting a full family bathroom or converting a spare room into an en-suite, the plumbing is the part you want done right before anything else goes in.

We handle all the plumbing — waste, supply, drainage — and can coordinate with your tiler and joiner or work within an existing fit-out schedule. We're used to working around other trades.

Wet rooms and power shower installations are something we do regularly. If you're unsure whether your current system has enough pressure for a power shower, we'll check before fitting anything.

General Maintenance

Small plumbing jobs that don't get fixed have a habit of turning into bigger ones. We take the smaller jobs seriously and do them properly — because the first call usually leads to the second.

Landlords and property managers: we offer maintenance contracts that cover regular inspections and priority callout. Ask us for details.
